The full title of today's post is "Saving Time by Focusing on What Matters." Life is short, you need to focus on what really matters most. You must change your priorities over time.
Make Time is about making time for what matters most. Many things are good, many things are essential, but only a few are necessary.
Power is the ability to use force at speed.
The intention is a mental state representing a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. Intention involves mental activities such as planning and forethought.
The way you treat yourself is essential. You are not feeling OK only shows you are human, and it is right not to feel OK when you don't feel OK. It is not a crime, and you are not committing a sin.
The fact that you are alive and living means you have some kind of problems. I am not saying it is a problem to be alive.
Why have you refused to reach your potential? Am I wrong to say it is because you do not believe in yourself? I am right. Yes, I think I am. You have low self-esteem.
There is one vital lesson you are not taught yet. Your parents did not consider it, or it never crossed their mind at any time because unconsciously, they were not paying attention.
As long as you are alive, conflict in any way or form is unavoidable. You will experience some conflict. In the end, the conflict is not the issue, but how you navigate, handled, and overcome the conflict is all that matters.
