It’s about forgiving yourself for not knowing what that experience taught you. When you think of a past event and have regrets that you should’ve made a different choice, know that you learned from that event.
The journey to self-discovery begins with the question “Who am I?” Who are you? What brings you joy? What are you most afraid of? What feelings are leading you right now? At this stage, you will no longer bother about your flaws because you have come to understand and embrace the fact you are who you are because of your good and ugliest personalities.
