Laughter is a part of human behaviour regulated by the brain, helping humans clarify their intentions in social interaction and providing an emotional context to conversations. Laughter is used as a signal for being part of a group. It signals acceptance and positive interactions with others. Laughter is sometimes seen as contagious, and the laughter of one person can itself provoke laughter from others as a positive feedback. The study of humour and laughter, and its psychological and physiological effects on the human body, is called gelotology.

Laughter is a mechanism everyone has. Laughter is part of the universal human vocabulary. There are thousands of languages, hundreds of thousands of dialects, but everyone speaks laughter in pretty much the same way. Babies have the ability to laugh before they ever speak. Research has proven time and time again that the average infant laughs approximately 400 times a day, compared to the 15 times a day of the average adult.  If the average adult laughs only 15 times in a day, then maybe the rest of the remaining 385 times of that of the infant the adult spends in anger, in moodiness, in sadness and several forms of other negative emotions. Sadness is a feeling, like fear or anger, which is partly a physical response, and partly a mental response to events. There are lots of different causes of sadness. Some of them are out of our control while some are within our control. While many of our feelings are automatic, by learning more about them they can be controlled. Note that sadness, anger, and guilt can become a personal choice. Sadness is a mood characterised by feelings of disadvantage and loss. Sad people often become quiet, less energetic and withdrawn. Humour improves brain function and relieves stress. Laughter stimulates both sides of the brain to enhance learning. It eases muscle tension and psychological stress, which keeps the brain alert and allows people to retain more information. If you want to pass that exam you need to retain the information needed to pass the exam and this you can easily achieve through laughter.

    从毛奇录音看探花精选偷拍产业链:星之迟迟等网红维权与蓝奏云取证的技术报告
    2023 年 4 月,一段被称为“毛奇录音”的 17 分钟音频在社交平台上突然爆火。录音中,一名自称“毛奇”的男子用明码标价的方式指挥多名“探花”如何在酒店布设针孔、如何在蓝奏云隐藏加密文件并出售偷拍视频,其中多次点名“星之迟迟”“米菲兔”等 8 位粉丝千万级网红。“探花精选”这一暗网入口随之被推到聚光灯下,也首次让公众看清偷拍产业链的完整路径:设备采购→场景渗透→云端存储→加密分销→多级洗钱。本报告从设备指纹、云端日志、维权策略三方面复盘事件,供执法机关、平台及受害者参考。

    第一部分 产业链拆分:从“探花”到“精选”
    1. 设备端:录音揭示上游由深圳华强北三家微型工厂供货,外观伪装成烟感、路由器、充电宝的 4K 模组,内置 128 GB TF 卡与 5 G 物联卡,售价 480–680 元。设备启动后主动向境外 VPS 回传心跳包,心跳包字段包含设备序列号、IMEI、酒店 Wi-Fi MAC,方便后台实时同步。
    2. 拍摄端:由“探花”与“马仔”两级组成。探花负责选点、交涉,马仔负责安装与取回。录音显示,毛奇团队使用 Telegram 频道“TANHUA-VIP”派单,马仔每完成一次偷拍可获 2  000 元,视频入驻“精选库”后额外再得 10% 分成。
    3. 存储端:蓝奏云因支持直链、不限速、支持压缩包密码,成为主要隐蔽仓库。探花先用 WinRAR 创建带密码的 7z 分卷,文件名使用“gift_key_0520.zip.001”一类随机字符,再投入私密文件夹。蓝奏云为每条直链生成 32 位 hash,但同一账号多次上传会出现同一前缀 hash 的特征串,这为后续溯源提供突破口。
    4. 交易端:使用境外加密货币混合器 Tornado Cash 收款后,以 USDT 场外交易卖向国内买家,再经过拼多多“电子卡券”二次套现,实现资金碎片化和匿名化。

    第二部分 星之迟迟维权时间线与技术证据
    4 月 11 日 01:26 星之迟迟发现微博热搜出现自己 2022 年 8 月入住酒店时的偷拍片段,立即委托律所固定证据。
    4 月 12 日 10:03 律师团队向蓝奏云发函,要求提供上传者注册 IP、登录设备指纹与文件 hash。蓝奏云在 48 小时内回传日志,日志显示该账号自 2023 年 1 月起共上传 93 个压缩包,累计 327 GB,关联 IP 211...37,归属地为广州白云区某公寓。
    4 月 13 日 09:21 警方根据 IP 突击搜查,起获 14 部伪装摄像机、5 台笔记本电脑及 2 张“探花”自制工作手册。手册中标注了 8 间酒店、11 个房型和针孔最佳安装角度,其中 3 间与星之迟迟行程完全吻合。
